5. Who we share your data with

We use the following processors to run the store. Each is bound by a data processing agreement:

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Supabase — database and account storage
  • Resend — transactional and marketing emails
  • Cloudinary — image hosting (product images; not personal data unless you upload one)
  • Our delivery partner — to fulfil your order
  • Vercel — website hosting
  • Google Analytics — if you've consented to analytics cookies, Google collects anonymised usage data (pages viewed, general location, device type) to help us understand how the site is used. See our Cookie Policy for how to control this.

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data to regulators, law enforcement, or professional advisers where legally required.

6. International transfers

Some processors above may store or process data outside the UK (for example, in the US or EU). Where this happens, we rely on UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or the ICO's Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, assessed under the UK's risk-based transfer test introduced by the DUAA 2025. Details of specific safeguards are available on request.

  • Account and order data: for the life of your account, then up to 6 years after your last order for tax and legal purposes.

As required under the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 (in force from 19 June 2026), you must raise a data protection complaint with us first, before going to the regulator.

  • Acknowledge your complaint within 30 days
  • Investigate and respond in full without undue delay

If you're unhappy with our response, you can then complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO):
